I was curious to see if there were any "primal docs" in my area – and I was surprised to see that there were 2 in my city (Dr. Runyan being one of them!) I read a bit on his background (particularly with diabetes) and I am deeply encouraged. While doing a Google search for contact information, I I found this blog post… small world!
